Modular System

TecnoVISION produces LED displays as rentals.  With the MODULAR SYSTEM®, in order to create and personalize the sign with modules of independent base, they are independent in all their electronic and electric functions and are interchangeable among each other.

The model SP (SQUARE PIXEL®) LED cards are characterized by their particular position on the LED carpet. The SQUARE PIXEL® technology developed by TecnoVISION, allows to quadruple the visible pixels.  Each card has a resolution of 16x16, the equivalent of 256 visible pixels.   The assembly of the model onto the tile is facilitated by a number of perimetrical screws studied opositely to facilitate the position and maintenance operation.

 

Fuel connectors are located in the posterior area of every module, as well as cooling vents and video signaled exits from the distributor.   The assembly of modules are fixed by auto targeted cones bolted on the perimeter of the structure.  The display, thus obtained is self supporting and does not require other support structures. TecnoVISION offers consequently, the possibility to rapidly produce screens with the desired dimension and resolution.

MODULAR SYSTEM® therefore allows the versatile acquisition of displays in their form and dimension, simplifying and accelerating the assembly and disassembly causing the transportation to be more accomodating in cases of mobile screens, for events, manifestations, or electoral campaigns.

The LED card is located between two shells of plastic material, while the front area contains tabs (03) and pits in which the LED are submersed in a silicone component, which renders it water-proof, and at the same time monolithic.

On the posterior area(02) are situated control current connectors and signal connectors. Garnish (01) impedes the infiltration.
