TecnoVISION uses only the best of LEDs presented on the market for displays, and applies a sophisticated production process with rigorous quality control to every access. TecnoVISION will provide clients with all the necessary tools to guarantee efficiency and accelerated self-intervention. The self-diagnostic DIA-LOG system, technical training, and a kit of parts and interchangeable displays will help this process.

TecnoVISION proposes a high quality series of pre and post sales services such as projection of specific measurements (with a survey from specialized engineers), complete production of the actual project, assistance to the installation and certification of the display, on site assistance, ordinary and exceptional maintenance across the globe.

Technical Assistance & Post-Sales Service

In order to improve our after-sales service, the TecnoVISION's technical support department has now become PubliVISION Srl. This management will manage all the after-sales activities of TecnoVISION Group:

  • Warranties: our displays are guaranteed to be manufactured for 12 months, with the free substitution of defected materials.
  • General Assistance Contracts: guarantees immediate intervention with a programmed maintenance contract that insures the periodical and verified efficiency control.
  • Special Commercial Patterns: for example, the possibility to trade in product which allows in the mean time to maintain the screen's condition.
  • Help Desk
  • Sale of Spare Parts and Components
  • … and Many other services.

TecnoVISION will guarantee the constant presence and fullest support to all our customers.
